What this site collects.
Nothing. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, no account, and no way to submit information through these pages. Nothing you do here is stored by us.
Cookies and tracking.
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics package, no advertising or retargeting pixel, no session recording, no chat widget, and no social media tracker.
There is also no third party content on these pages. The typeface and every image are served from this domain rather than from an outside provider, so simply reading this site does not announce your visit to anyone else.
Server logs.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare records standard technical information when a page is requested, such as an IP address, the time of the request and the browser used. That is handled by Cloudflare under its own terms, is used for delivery and security rather than marketing, and is not combined by us with anything else or used to build a profile of you.
If you call or email.
When you contact Michelle by phone, text or email, she has whatever you choose to share. That information is used to answer you and, if you become a client, to arrange and service your coverage. It is not sold, and it is not passed to third party lead buyers or marketing companies.
Insurance business necessarily involves sharing certain information with the carriers you are applying to. That only happens for coverage you are actually pursuing, and it is discussed with you first.
Please do not send medical details, Social Security numbers, or Medicare numbers by email. Email is not a secure channel. Raise anything sensitive on a phone call instead.
Your choices.
Because this site collects nothing, there is nothing here to access, correct or delete. If you have contacted Michelle directly and want to know what she holds, or want it removed, call 619-414-0637 or email [email protected] and ask. That request will be honored.
Scope and changes.
This notice covers this website. The brokerage relationship itself is separately governed by the privacy practices and notices provided to clients, and by California and federal law covering insurance producers and health information.
If this site ever gains a form, a booking tool, or analytics, this page will be updated before that goes live rather than afterwards.
